As leading cold storage experts in Vancouver, we operate 4 high-capacity blast freezers, which allows us to freeze up to 500,000 lbs of product in 36 hours. Our advanced blast freezing facilities enable us to optimize each blast-freezing cycle according to your pallet size and product type.

The Process:

  • Our freezers are in operation 24 hours per day, 7 days a week so your products can be taken from fresh to frozen as soon as they reach our facilities.
  • The large freezer space allows us to arrange your products to best maximize surface area exposure.
  • Pallet spacers make sure that the cold airflow has contact with multiple sides of your products for instant freezing.
  • Airflow is circulated at temperatures as low as -40°C so that your products are frozen right down to the center to extend their life and freshness.

Adjacent temperature-controlled warehousing facilities ensure that your products are stored at the optimum temperatures after blast-freezing.
